Increases in the cost of most if not all fossil fuels combined with cost reductions for wind energy components and development costs has tipped the scales in favor of wind energy. The instability of the global fossil fuel supply and the political consequences involved are adding to this wind energy advantage.

The electricity that Wind Farms produce not only adds to (supplements) the total energy produced but wind tends to produce more during the hours that solar energy tappers off or goes down with the sun. These two roles complement the supply and help create a consistent source of sustainable energy. Together they are a stronger solution.
